If you are looking for a nice IPA with a bit of a citrus taste, Ninkasi Brewing Company’s Total Domination IPA is for you. A lightly hoppy brew with hints of citrus taste throughout, it is a nice beer for consumption after work or a day in the heat. With 6.7% ABV it packs a bit of a punch without being overpowering. I would list this brew as a definite intro to Pale Ale beer. It isn’t too hoppy for someone beginning a foray into the Ale category but isn’t too weak for your average hop headed drinker. This is one of many delicious brews coming from the brewery in Eugene.
