3 Layer Bean and Cheese Dip – #TuesdayFoodsday

The Super Bowl just happened and there were all sorts of food spreads out there.  Today we share one with you that you can re-use come March Madness time.

3 Layer Bean and Cheese Dip
1 – 8oz package cream cheese
1 can refried beans
2-3 cups shredded cheese

In a baking pan (glass works best) spread cream cheese over the bottom until it forms an even layer across the entire pan. Do the same with the refried beans. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of these 2 layers. Bake in oven at 300 degrees until cheese is thorougly melted.

Variations:
Add black beans between the cream cheese and refried beans for extra flavor and texture.

Substitute canned chili for the refried beans (this makes it totally unhealthy but guiltily tasty).
