If you are like me, you can only eat the same thing so many times before you need a change. In our house we are often cooking chicken and veggies. Because we try to keep it healthy, it kind of limits what we are able to do. The other day I was exhausted and wanted to do something simple. In my marinade container (some people use plastic containers, others use glass, others use Ziploc bags) I put the following:

Asian Inspired Marinade

1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
2 TBSP Litehouse Tangy Citrus Salad Dressing
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp garlic powder

Mix with 3-4 chicken breasts (diced or whole). Marinate several hours. Grill or cook in frying pan on medium-low heat. I then added veggies once the chicken had cooked all the way through.
